Melody Dawn Cousins, age 34, of Reform, AL died March 24, 2025 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.  No formal services will be held.
She was preceded in death by her father, Grover Charles Peoples, Jr.; grandmother, Lavada Peoples; grandfather, Doyle Peoples;  the "Dad" who raised her, James Earl Thomas and uncle, Frankie Gable.
Survivors include her husband, Kyle Cousins; daughters, Aliyah Elizabeth Cousins and Aleeah Faye Rose; sons, Logan Noah Peoples, Wyatt Edward Cousins and Thomas Bentlee Raimondi; sisters, Terri  Watson (David) and Tisha Free (Tracy); brother, William Chad Peoples and a number of nieces and nephews.
Melody was born March 4, 1991 in Sylacauga, Alabama.  She was a homemaker and a member of Englewood Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, AL.
