Michael Paul Dailey, age 41, of Tuscaloosa, AL passed away December 28, 2023 at DCH Regional Medical Center.  Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Pritchett officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Stephanie Douglas Hill; his father, Guy Derrick Dailey, Sr. and his grandparents, Ruth and Joe Smith and Dolly and Tommie Abernathy.
Survivors include his sons, Robert Forkner and Matthew Moore; his mother, Tina Wagner; three brothers, Christopher Dailey, Sr., Matthew Dailey (Ge) and Guy Derrick Dailey, Jr. (Jennifer); sister, Sabrina Falls (James McCool); step-mother, Michelle Dailey Davis and a host of nieces and nephews.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Malika Aryan Pure, doctors and nursing staff at DCH MICU,  3rd floor and the Parole and Probations Division of Tuscaloosa.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Skelton Funeral Home, P.O. Box 550, Reform, AL 35481 to help with funeral expenses.
