Michael David Shaw, age 58, of Millport, AL passed away December 23, 2023 at mother's residence.  Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Melvin Mordecai and Rev. Mike Hall officiating.  Burial will be in Arbor Springs Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Leon Shaw; grandparents, Willie and Mamie McGarity and William Earnest and Nannie Mae Shaw and step-grandmother, Doris Shaw.
Survivors include his wife, Shawn Shaw of Millport; two daughters, Angel Shaw of Millport and Jessica Sanchez of Reform; two sons, Christopher Shaw of Millport and Thomas Sanchez (Andrea) of Northport; mother, Faye McGarity Shaw of Millport; brothers, Ricky Shaw of Millport, Danny Shaw (Tammy) of Millport, Charles Shaw (T. K.) of Millport and Tommy Shaw (Cindy) of Reform; sisters, Sheila Shaw of Millport and Norma Rhudy (Terry) of Millport; four grandchildren, Elijah Shaw, Makayla Latham (Brody), Rachel Sanchez and Anastasia Sanchez and one great-grandson, Hunter Latham.
Michael was born January 30, 1965 in Reform, Alabama.  He was a member of Coalfire Baptist Church and self employed logger.
Pallbearers will be Shane Robertson, Shane Phelps, T. J. Rhudy, Richard Jackson, William Shaw, Dustin Lancaster, William Ledbetter and Nickolus Bryant.
