Mike Meade, age 75, of Gordo, AL passed away March 23, 2024 at Forest Manor Rehabilitation Pavilion in Northport.  Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Friday, March 29, 2024 at Hargrove United Methodist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.   Visitation will be 12:30 - 1:00 pm inside the church sanctuary.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Russell Meade and Derry Wayne Meade; brother-in-law, Charlie Curb and sister-in-law, Nelda Meade.
Survivors include his wife, Jenny White Meade; two stepdaughters, Sandi Wyatt (Heath) and Sheri Boyington (Brian); stepson, Shannon Baines (Sharon); brother, Butch Meade; sister, Vickie "Sissy" Curb; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Allie, Austin and Aaron Baines, Haley Wyatt, Jenna Marie Wyatt and Bryson Boyington; sister-in-law, Rita Meade; brothers-in-law, Johnny White (Myra) and Jimmy White; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and his fur babies, Jake, Luke and Jasmine.
Mike was born October 30, 1948 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the late Arvle Meade and Ola Mae Nolen Meade.  He was a member of the Methodist faith, a retired mechanical engineer for ZF Industries and a veteran of the United States Navy.
Pallbearers will be Shannon Baines, Heath Wyatt, Brian Boyington, Austin Baines, Aaron Baines and Bryson Boyington.
