Milton Berton Trull, age 85, of Gordo, AL died January 31, 2026 at his daughter's residence in Millport, AL. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday, February 6, 2026 at Big Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Trey Kelley and Bro. Billy Carl Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Barbara Ann Dyer Trull; his parents, Tom and Exie Mae Driver Trull; brothers, Rudolph Trull, Lee Virney Trull and Clifton Trull and sisters, Maudie Parker, Ella Faye Traweek and Elsie Mae Trull.
Survivors include his daughter, Pam Fowler and husband, Larry of Millport; son, Mike Trull and wife Regina of Buhl; six grandchildren, Rebecca Wilson Kelley (Trey) of Reform, Brandi Trull Gann (Holden) of Tuscaloosa, Mandi Trull Prude (Devin), Hunter Wilson (Mackenzie) of Akron, Jake Fowler (Shae) of Millport and Joseph Fowler (Kala) of Millport; twelve great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Chloe Prude of Gordo, Anna Grace and Brayden Gann of Tuscaloosa, Noah and Avie Kate Kelley of Reform, Kent, Wyatt and Wesley Fowler of Millport, James, Jemma and Jackson Fowler of Millport and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Trull was born March 6, 1940 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late Tom and Exie Trull. He was retired from Weyerhaeuser in Millport and Pickens County Board of Education in Gordo.
He was a faithful servant and member of his church, Big Hill Baptist and was also a deacon there. He loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His family was everything to him especially his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Wilson, Jake Fowler, Johnnie Dyer, Joseph Fowler, Jerry Dyer and Colen Dyer.
Honorary Pallbearers are Gordo High School faculty and staff and Coach Lolley, who was a good friend, Amedisys Hospice of Hamilton, AL, hospice care givers who not only became friends, but family, Paige Carroll, Brittany Gainey, Jamie Hawkins. Brittany Remus, Desiree Lowery, Haley Knight, Chaplin Jamie Jeffries and members of Big Hill Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Big Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Colen Dyer, 9197 County Road 49, Gordo, AL 35466.
