Nellie Ruth Miller age 75, of Reform passed away November 26, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. Graveside services will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jimmy Pritchett officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. A brief visitation will follow the service at the graveside.
Nellie was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe Miller; parents; sisters, Opal F. Gay and Ruby Williams and brother, Eugene McCool.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Rush (Barry); son, David J. Rush; brothers, James B. McCool (Barbara), Johnny Ray McCool (Shelia), and Rayford J. McCool; sister, Jewel Gay McCool; grandchildren, David J. Rush II (Mesha) and Brandy Nicole Rush; step-grandchildren, Coty James Irby and Nina Wallace (Jerry); great grandchildren, Sapphire Nicole Irby, Braleigh Hope Rush, Logan Joe Rush, Damon Aamir Rush, and Levi Irby.
Mrs. Miller was born Monday January 7, 1946 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama to the late Samuel G. McCool and Notie White McCool. She was a retired production worker at Westinghouse and a member of the Pentecostal faith.
Honorary pallbearers are James B. McCool, Johnny Ray McCool, Rayford J. McCool, and Jimmy Pritchett.
