Nellie Faye Pate, age 79, of Reform, AL passed away April 18, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.  Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Monday, April 22, 2024 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Tim McCool officiating.  Burial will be in Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Pate; her parents and four brothers, Ganus Parker, Truman Parker, Bob Parker and Bill Parker.
Nellie Faye was a loving mother and Nana to Amanda Richardson (Kyle) of Eupora, MS, Sonya Pate of Reform, AL and Ginger Wallace (Russ) of Centreville, AL;  grandchildren, Corey Richardson (Julia), Drew Richardson (Rachel), Kylie Richardson Gray (Drew), Sadie Rae Wallace and Seth Wallace and great-grandchildren, Tinsley Raiegh Richardson and Brynleigh Richardson.
Nellie Faye was born October 23, 1944 in Gordo, Alabama to the late Eldon Parker and Bertha Webb Parker.  She was a member of Reform First Baptist Church and a longtime employee of West Alabama Bank and Trust in Reform.  Nellie Faye enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and trying to make everyone happy.  She was always taking care of everyone from her children, grandchildren and friends.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Richardson, Drew Richardson, Russ Wallace, Corey Richardson, Seth Wallace and Drew Gray.
Honorary Pallbearers are employees of West Alabama Bank and Trust and Gordo High School Class of 1963.
The family suggests memorials to a favorite charity.
