Ollie Mae Jacobs, age 89, of Reform, AL passed away November 30, 2023 at Heritage Health Care & Rehab in Tuscaloosa.  The family will receive friends from 2 - 4 pm Sunday, December 3, 2023 at Skelton Funeral Home in Reform. A private burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Reform with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Clayton Womelsdorff and William Raymond Jacobs; her parents and brothers, Thomas Beams, Harvey Beams and James Burkes.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda J. Crawford (Henry) of Northport; stepson, Daniel Womelsdorff of Texas, two grandchildren, Landon Prescott (Tonya) and Lee Prescott (LaTosha); four great-grandchildren, Brianna Oden, Cody Prescott, Kaine Prescott and Kaden Prescott and four great-great grandchildren, Colton Oden, Carleigh Oden, Dani-Cate Oden and Kyle Prescott.
Mrs. Jacobs was born September 9, 1934 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late Barney Beams and Bessie Iola Burkes Beams.  She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and a retired Register Nurse.
