Ottis E "Jake" Jacobs, age 47, of Carrollton, AL passed away March 10, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.  Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel in Reform with Rev. Shawn McDaniel officiating.  Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Elsie and Hewey Price and Lucille and Ottis Jacobs, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Joyzaa Pattaporn; daughter, Miranda Jacobs (Shane Sharpe); two sons, Austin Jacobs and Christopher Jacobs; his mother, June Jacobs Price; father, Ottis Earl Jacobs, Jr.; sister, Kimberly Ann Butler-Anderson; granddaughter, Oaklyn Sharpe and multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jake was born January 20, 1977 in Columbus, Mississippi.  He earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Alabama and was a disabled veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
