Pat Simpson Morris, age 64, of Reform, AL passed away April 26, 2022 at her residence. Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Friday, April 29, 2022 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Shelton officiating. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Katherine "Katie" Goodwin.
Survivors include her husband, John Morris; daughter, Ginger Goodwin (Carl Smith, Jr.); stepdaughter, Breanna Stephens; stepson, James Morris; brother, Paul Simpson (Rita); sisters, Wanda Cook and Donna Shelton (Larry); sister-in-law, Margaret Morris; seven grandchildren, Audrey Canterberry, Rhylee, Dawson and Evelyn Morris, Tehya and Amihya Stephens; special family members, Martha "Granny" Shelton, Mickie Robinson, Bernita Latham her caregiver, Nickie Hammonds, RN and her beloved dog, Lola.
Pat was born December 31, 1957 in Reform, Alabama to the late J. T. Simpson, Jr. and Marguerite Cooper Simpson. She was a member of Arbor Springs Baptist Church and a retired social worker for DHR.
Honorary Pallbearers are members of Arbor Springs Baptist church, members of Pickens County High School Class of 1976, the Stansel community and the staff of Amedisys Hospice.
