Paul Allen Bean, age 64, of Kennedy, AL passed away February 23, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, February 27, 2022 at New Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Unity Grove Methodist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the church.
He was preceded in death by parents; three sisters, Barbara Jo Bean, Jonnie Maddox and Elaine Murray and two brothers, Lance Daniel Bean and Gary David Bean.
Survivors include his son, Cody Bean and wife, Dixie; brothers, Eddie Bean (Gloria), Jeff Bean (Leslie) and Robert Bean (June); grandson, Tucker and a number of nieces and nephews.
Paul was born July 4, 1957 in Millport, Alabama to the late John Edward "Johnny" Bean and Danella Duckworth Bean. He was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and owned and operated a Golden Flake franchise.
Honorary Pallbearers are the members of New Salem Baptist Church and friends and neighbors of the Palmetto community.
