Phillip Edger Noland, Jr. age 81 of Carrollton, AL. died December 30, 2020 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Boothe officiating. Burial will follow in Marvin Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be Monday, January 4, 2021 from 4pm until 5pm at the funeral home. The family requests that masks be worn for the visitation and service. He was preceded in death by his brother, John Murphy Noland; his parents; a Godly step-grandmother, Alice Mae Brazeal, who lived with Phillip and helped raise him; his loving cats, Benevola and Muffin; and man's best friend, his dog, Cookie.
Phillip is survived by his sister Sadie Adene Noland and his loving cat Sunshine.                                                                                              Phillip Edgar Noland Jr., was born May 3, 1939 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late Phillip Edgar Noland Sr., and Euline Brazeal Noland. He was a farmer and cattleman and was a vivid outdoorsman that loved the land, especially his cattle. A member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, Phillip will be remembered by his family and friends for his remarkable memory. Pallbearers will be Robert Sellers, Johnny Noland, Michael Lee Starns, Michael Dennis Starns, Marty Sims, Bill Alexander and Jeremy Harless.
