Jan. 25, 1928 - Aug. 24, 2014 Raymond Lee McClure, age 86, of Panola, AL died August 24, 2014 at home. Graveside services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014 at Panola United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tim Alexander officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. The family will receive friends after the service at the church. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Carroll McClure and sister, Mary Evelyn McClure. Survivors include his wife, Betty Hanson McClure of Hoover, AL; sons, Ken McClure of Geiger, AL, Jeff McClure (Phyllis) of Panola, AL and Jay McClure (Daphanie) of Alabaster, AL; daughter, Christi McClure of Franklin, TN; sister-in-law: Anne McClure of Galesburg, IL; 6 grandchildren, Addie Smith (Hunter), Mary Margaret McClure, Keith McClure (Kelly), Tracy Bryan (Justin), Haleigh McClure and Ashleigh McClure and grandson, Landon McClure. Mr. McClure was born January 25, 1928 in Canton, IL to the late Carl and Evalena Reeves McClure. He was a member of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church and a retired employee of Butler Manufacturing Company.
