Rebecca “Becky” Fikes Sparks, age 79, of Gordo, AL died June 24, 2026 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Jacob Acker, Byron Langdon and Carleigh Acker officiating. Burial will be in Franconia-Oak Grove Cemetery in Aliceville with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Anna Caroline Langdon.

Survivors include her sons, Byron Langdon and wife, Angie and Mark Wright and wife, Jennifer; brother, Jimmy Earl Fikes and wife, Carolyn; three grandchildren, Thomas Langdon (Kelsey), Austin Wright (Peighton) and Jacob Wright; three great-grandchildren, Bailey Langdon, Anabeth Langdon and Colton Wright; nephews, Bill Fikes (Terri) and Doug Fikes (Lori); niece, Tammy Gibson (Ike) and a number of great-nieces and nephews and cousins.

Becky was born March 10, 1947 in Walker County, Alabama to the late William Earl Fikes and Geneva Myers Fikes. She was a retired cosmetologist.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Langdon, Austin Wright, Jacob Wright, Bill Fikes, Doug Fikes, Phil Fikes, Bryant Fikes, Cole Gibson and Clark Gibson.
