Richard Earl James, age 83, of Reform, AL passed away August 17, 2021 at his residence. No services have been set at this time.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Chuck James and sister, Rosemarie Fredrick.
Survivors include his daughters, Kimberly Dougherty (Robert) and Gala Espana (Ron); son, Charles "Charlie" James; brother, Robert James (Donna); seven grandchildren, Ashley Cordova (Jose), Amy Dougherty, Ronnie Espana, Kalla Espana, Autumn James, Kyleigh James, Hazel James and two great-grandchildren, Zoe Cordova and Veda Dougherty.
Richard was born September 23, 1937 in Canton, Ohio to the late Charles James and Avadell Hoon James. He was a retired maintenance technician and a veteran of the United States Navy, serving his country for nine years.
