Ruby Harcrow Rollins of Reform, AL passed away May 6, 2021 at her home. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Arbor Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Trey Reece officiating, Rev. Frank Thornhill delivering the eulogy and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. A short visitation will follow the service at the graveside and then also at her home.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Author Harcrow and two brothers, James Harcrow and Barney Harcrow.
Survivors include her mother, Dorothy Mae Harcrow of Reform; two daughters, Denise G. Brents and Sandy R. Guy (Chad) of Tuscaloosa; sisters, Elaine Thornhill (Frank) of Pensacola, FL, Norma O'Kelly (Larry) of Reform, Roxie Ross of Reform and Audrey Reece (Keith) of Carrollton; brothers, Eddie Earl Harcrow (Dorothy) and Billy Wayne Harcrow (Tiffany) of Reform; three grandchildren, Mitchell Wayne Britt, Matthew Tyler Britt (Marianna) and Christopher R. Brents; four great-grandchildren, Levi Hugh Britt, Taylor Britt, Tegan Brasfield and Tyce Brasfield and a host of nieces and nephews.
Ruby was born at home on May 2, 1945 in Reform, Alabama. She was a member of the Baptist faith and affiliated with the Church of God. She was a retired seamstress for Country Miss and a lifelong resident of Pickens County.
Her grandsons and nephews will serve as Pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center, 809 University Blvd. E., Tuscaloosa, AL 34501
