REFORM – Sandra Boone, age 55, of Reform, Ala., died February 29, 2016, at Northport Medical Center. Services were held 2 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Shaw and Rev. Jerry Morrison officiating. Burial followed in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation as held March 2, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Randy Stokes.Survivors include her husband, William Boone; daughter, Summer Hollis; son, Jonah Bryant; sister, Teresa Hudgins; and two grandchildren.Sandra was born December 19, 1960 in Alabama to the late Kaywood and Deloris Stokes. She was a homemaker.Pallbearers will be Jerry Boone, Justin
