Shelia Kay Thomas, age 57, of Kennedy, AL died Sunday, December 27, 2020 at her residence. Services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Pritchett and Rev. Tony Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be immediately following the service at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Yerby; and two sisters, Liz Hall and Faye Yerby.

Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Thomas; sons, Justin Paul Woolbright(Whitney) and Drew Thomas; daughters, Mindy Woolbright(Haylen), Wendy Barrentine(Timmy), and Mulisha Denson(Steven); sister, Nancy Yerby; ten grandchildren, J.T., Zack, Haley, Alexis, Jacoby, Kaylee, Melieah, Jessie, Maci, and Layla; and one great grandchild, Drake.

Kay was born September 17, 1963 in Tuscaloosa County to the late Edward Paul and Mattie Frances Oglesby Yerby. She was a CNA for Hospice of West Alabama.
