Steven Wayne Byars, age 58, of Northport, AL died May 13, 2025 at his residence.  Private family services will be held at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kellie Brown Weathers.
Survivors include his daughters, Erika McKee and Casey Shirley and husband, Daniel "Chubby"; son, Corey Byars; three grandchildren, Caden Shirley, Rylan McKee and Ashton McKee and mother of his children, Migyon Byars Tilley.
Steven was born June 14, 1966 in Smyrna, Tennessee to the late Douglas Dewin Byars and Peggy Lollar Byars.  He was a retired employee of Phifer Wire and a veteran of the United States Army serving in Desert Storm.
