REFORM – Tammy Lynn Sentell, age 46, of Reform, died October 8, 2016, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Edward Hall; and stepfather, James Harrow.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Sentell; daughters, Shelby Lishman, Haley Lishman, Lindsay Hall and Kelsey Sentell; mother, Linda Hall; sisters, Laura Wilson (Scott) and Pamela Hall; brother, Jim Hall (Louise); three grandchildren, Jayden Harris, Jordan Harris and Carter Harris; and a number of nieces and nephews.
