Tammy Jean Turner, age 50, of Gordo, AL passed away October 13, 2024 at Hospice of West Alabama.  Funeral services will be announced at a later date with Bro. Brad Flemming officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Wayne Dailey; grandmother, Ruby Marcum; foster parents, I. V. and Marguerite Posey and brothers, Bill Posey and Ronnie Posey.
Survivors include her mother, Sharon Finch Horn (Walter) of Fayette; four daughters Ashley Turner Cook (Mikey) of Guntersville, Amy Turner of Tuscaloosa, Aonacha Sanders (Noah) of Reform and Alexis Turner of Gordo; two sons, Matthew Doss (Nina) of Tuscaloosa and Landon Sanders of Gordo; three sisters, Diane Sanders of Fayette, Margaret Richardson of Gordo and Ivalene Turner of Gordo; two brothers, Jeffrey Dailey and Jay Minor, both of Fayette and six grandchildren, Brennan Cook, Zayne Doss, Grayson Doss, Victoria Sanders, Gracie Abrams and Zoey Abrams.
Tammy was born September 21, 1974 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy and a former waitress in the food service industry.
