Toby Warren Gilliland, age 49 of Carrollton, AL, died January 18, 2019 at his residence. Funeral
services will be 1:00 pm Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Yancy
Windham officiating. Burial will follow in Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home
of Reform directing. Visitation will be will be immediately following the service at the funeral home .
He was preceded in death by his father, David Roscoe Gilliland.
Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Hogue Puckett and husband, Tommy of Alabaster, AL;
his brother, Steve Gilliland and wife, Paige; uncles, Doug Hogue (Nancy), Glenn Hogue (Sonja) and
Dennis Gilliland, aunt, Opal Elmore; two nieces, Hannah Gilliland and Rebecca Gilliland and a
number of cousins.
Toby was born June 16, 1969 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He graduated from Gordo High School
and was formerly employed in construction.
