Toxey Dale Smith, age 6 weeks, of Carrollton, AL died April 8, 2025 at his residence.  Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Gray officiating.  Burial will be in Carrollton City Cemetery with Skelton Funeral home of Reform directing.  Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Hubert and Cora Perkins and Robert and Doris Smith and aunt, Katelyn Ray.
Survivors include his parents, John Michael Smith and Chelsey Ray Smith; sister, Chaney Kate Smith; grandparents, Mike and Tammy Smith and Calvin and Tammy Ray; great-grandparents, Gilbert and Dale Noland, Jr., Dewitt and Elaine Ray and Kay Perkins; aunts and uncles, Brandon and McKenzie Moore, Nathan and Tasha Applebee, Kevin and Macy Smith, Travis and RaLyn Noland and cousins, Savannah Applebee, Owen Applebee, Grayson Moore, Maevery Moore and Gemi Lou Smith.
Toxey Dale Smith was full of personality the minute he was born, from his goofy grin to his big stretches and even his baby scrunches.  He was loved by his big sister who, if you asked, he was her baby.
Honorary Pallbearers are Brandon Moore, Travis Noland, Kevin Smith and Nathan Applebee.
