Vanessa L. Burroughs, age 64, of Gordo, AL died October 18, 2025 at her residence.  No funeral services will be held per Vanessa's wishes.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Mike Burroughs.
Survivors include her sister, Darlene Burroughs of Tuscaloosa; two brothers, Adam Burroughs of Gordo and Dennis Burroughs of Tuscaloosa; special friends, Charlotte Junkin, Dana Skelton, Katy Pugh and Jewel Pritchett.  Special thank you to the sitters that took great care of her, Linda McCool, Amber Crowell, Brooklyn Sellears and Charlene Newell.
Vanessa was born December 17, 1961 to the late Leonard Burroughs and Olene Strickland Burroughs.  She was a retired registered nurse.
