ETHELSVILLE – Vicky Sentell Gibbs, age 59, of Ethelsville, Ala., died May 8, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Ethelsville Baptist Church with Rev. Mel Howton officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be immediately following the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Joe Sentell; brother, Johnny Sentell; and sister, Melissa Sanford.
Survivors include her husband, William T. Gibbs; daughter, Jana Lake and her husband, Kevin; son, John Gibbs; mother, Jewell Dean Holley; grandsons, C. J. Lake and Dylan Lake; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Vicky was born September 12, 1958 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was a homemaker and member of State Line Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
