REFORM - Wayne Arlington Cowan, age 89, formerly of Tuscaloosa, Ala., died December 8, 2016, at home. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2016, at Skelton Funeral Home with Rev. David Blakney officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens in Tuscaloosa, with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Elizabeth Holmes Cowan and his daughter, Diane Massey (Joey) of Moundville, Ala.
