Willis Choice Cook, age 77, of Carrollton, AL passed away August 12, 2024 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham.  Graveside services will be 10:00 am Friday, August 16, 2024 at Marvin Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Bro. Keith Crowley officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will follow the service in the church Fellowship Hall.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers-in-law, Gilbert Bert Dean and Herbert Skelton.
Survivors include his daughter, Savarra Cunningham and husband, Daniel; seven sisters, Josephine Cook Stephens (Grady), Alice Reece (Louis), Mary Lee, Aylene Brittle, Linda Cameron (Donnie), Joyce Brown (Terry) and Ann Gray (Fred); granddaughter, Shelby Cunningham and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Cook was born April 23, 1947 in Carrollton, Alabama to the late Choice Cook and Margie McDaniel Cook.  He was a member of Carrollton Church of God,  a retired employee of Asplundh Tree Service and a lifelong resident of Pickens County.
Pallbearers will be Lance Skelton, Todd Acker, Jeff Dean, Ashley Brown, David Wise and Ronald Acker.
