Willodean Smith, age 76, of Reform, AL passed away September 15, 2020 at her residence. There will be an all day visitation Friday, September 25, 2020 at the home of her son, Jeff Smith, 130 24th Avenue SW, Reform, AL 35481.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Jean Smith Rudd; the father of her children, Lewis Henry Smith; her parents; stepfather, James Vernon Smith and four brothers, George Smith, Gene Smith, Randy Smith and Terry Sayre.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ann Kelly (Darby); three sons, Lewis Stan Smith (Amanda), Jeff David Smith (Brenda) and Phillip Ray Smith; two sisters, Racheal Dearman and Virginia Hunnicutt (Allen); half-brother, Charles Edgeworth; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren
Willodean was born December 23, 1943 in Northport, Alabama to the late Ervin Eugene Smith and Nadine Virginia Ballinger Smith.  She was a homemaker and a member of Union Free Will Baptist Church.
