Obituary

REFORM | Marion "Sister" Clardy Doughty, age 89, of Reform, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015 at Arbor Woods Health and Rehabilitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Reform First United Methodist Church at 12 noon on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015 with Rev. James "Woody" Woodin officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lewis R. Clardy, Jr., and her second husband, Ewart Doughty; her parents, and 13 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Lewis R. Clardy III, and wife Suzanna, and Charles M. "Scooter" Clardy; three grandchildren, Michael, Johnathan, and Christopher; a number of great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Doughty was born August 11, 1925 in Reform, Alabama to the late Charlie Clyde Rozzelle and Bertha Maude Orr Rozzelle. She was a member of Reform First United Methodist Church, a retired State of Alabama employee and a life long resident of Pickens County.
